Job summary

Steele Auto Group in Halifax is seeking a Washbay Attendant to ensure every vehicle leaves showroom-ready. You will wash exteriors, perform lot maintenance, and help check-in new arrivals as part of a busy dealership environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles, with competitive hourly wages and a strong support network within the Steele organization.

Qualifications

• Experience cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles is considered an asset.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean the exterior of vehicles to ensure showroom-ready condition.
• Work efficiently to handle high volumes of vehicles.
• General lot maintenance and display duties.
• Check-in new vehicle arrivals.

At Audi of Halifax, every vehicle deserves to shine, and that’s where you come in. As a Washbay Attendant, you'll be responsible for ensuring every vehicle leaves the dealership looking showroom-ready. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help create exceptional experiences for our customers while keeping our inventory looking its best!

Please note that this role is not eligible for Immigration Assistance due to the specific National Occupational Classifications (NOC) requirements

Hourly Wage Range: $17.20 – $18.90

What You Will Do:

• Wash and clean the exterior of vehicles to ensure they are presentable and ready for display
• Work efficiently to handle high volumes of vehicles
• General lot maintenance and display
• Check-in new vehicle arrivals

What You Bring:

• Experience cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles is considered an asset
• Strong Attention to Detail
• Ability to drive manual shift & automatic vehicles
• Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
