Job summary

Job description

Title: Wash Bay Labourer
Pay: $18/hr
Shifts: Monday-Friday
Hours: 8am-5pm
Location: Ottawa, ON - South-East

We're actively hiring on behalf of a large Industrial Detailing company that has been in operation in Ottawa and surrounding areas for 31 years. Within this role, you will be playing a key role in the operations of the Wash-bay department. You will be working closely with other team members to detail large commercial trucks inside and out.

Responsibilities

• Clean vehicle exterior by hand, use of pressure washer, brush, or operating washing equipment
• Ability to polish, wax, and buff the exterior body of the car/truck
• Regular cleanup of workstation
• Using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles
• Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle's condition
• Moving and parking vehicles
• Other duties as required

Requirements

• Steel‑toed boots for safety reasons
• Previous experience within cleaning or detailing is considered an asset
• Full G Class license to move vehicles in and out of the wash bay
• Criminal record check may be required as part of the onboarding process
