Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies is seeking a Warehouseperson at our Edmonton Construction and Forestry location to manage inventory in a warehouse setting. You will work with the parts department and customer service to ensure fill-rate goals are achieved.

You will pick and pack parts, document shipments, and locate inventory in the ERP system. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and the ability to work outside under varying conditions.

Qualifications

  • Experience working under minimal supervision.
  • Experience operating forklifts safely and efficiently.
  • Able to work outdoors in adverse conditions (extreme heat/cold, ice/slippery surfaces).
  • Good attendance and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work with parts department and customer service to meet fill-rate goals.
  • Pick and pack parts; complete documentation to ship orders per guidelines.
  • Perform tasks as directed by the manager.
  • Locate inventory in ERP and enter location data.
  • Load trucks with finished goods and inspect shipments for damage.
  • Count inventory as needed and maintain organized work area.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Brandt is currently seeking a Warehouseperson for our Edmonton Construction and Forestry location. This position is responsible for inventory control in a warehouse environment.

What You Will Be Responsible For
  • Work with all parts department and customer service staff to ensure fill rate goals are achieved
  • Pick, pack parts as per issued pick list and complete the required documentation to ship orders with in the set guidelines
  • Perform tasks requested by the manager
  • Locate inventory in the proper location and enter the related information into ERP system
  • Work to load trucks with finished goods Inspecting outgoing shipments for damage during the loading process
  • Counting of inventory as required
  • Keeps area clean and in order at all times
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Must have experience working under minimal supervision
  • Must have experience operating forklifts and related equipment safely and efficiently
  • Must be able to perform work-related duties outside in a safe and competent manner in adverse conditions (extreme heat/cold, icy/slippery conditions
  • Must have good positive communication skills and good attendance
  • Must be physically fit to manually handle all goods, steel and products as required
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
