Job summary

Baker Hughes is hiring a Warehouse and Yard Operator to support inventory and ensure accurate handling of our energy products in Canada. You will oversee inbound and outbound shipments and work as part of a collaborative team delivering equipment to customers.

The role requires a high school diploma and 3+ years in logistics or warehouse environments, with strong problem-solving skills. Evening shifts and overtime on weekends/holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 3+ years in Logistics, Warehouse or Inventory Management.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems and implement improvements.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift and move heavy products in a physical environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating receipt, loading, unloading and moving stock by forklift.
• Preparing shipments for dispatch to field locations or customer sites.
• Updating and monitoring documentation to record transactions and stock levels.
• Communicating with cross-functional teams about inventory levels and availability.
• Maintaining warehouse equipment and performing cleanup to improve accuracy.
• Offloading bulk trucks and rail cars.
