A global materials company in Winnipeg is seeking a Warehouse Worker responsible for loading and unloading products, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining a safe working environment. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of warehouse experience and the ability to lift heavy loads. This full-time position offers a starting hourly pay between $17, along with comprehensive benefits and potential performance-based awards.
At Cosentino () we are looking for a Warehouse Worker located in Winnipeg, MB , who will have the opportunity to work in a multinational environment, in full expansion, surrounded by numerous challenging projects that you can be part of.
We are looking for a warehouse worker to assist us in our warehouses (Natural Stone Slab Yard) to increase our efficiency and improve customer satisfaction. As a warehouse worker, your daily tasks include the preparation of merchandise, receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, loading and unloading trucks and containers, and organizing, staging, and preparing finished products for shipping. You will be responsible for the effective distribution of Cosentino products.
To ensure success you need the ability to follow instructions and operate in an orderly manner. In this position, there will be different fronts you are going to be working with Manufacturing, Production and Distribution.

The starting hourly range for this position is between $17 -
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible Potential Annual Award depending on individual performance and Company performance, in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan.
The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Short-term and Long-term Disability and Basic Life and Supplemental Insurance. You will also be eligible to enroll in our 401(k) Retirement Plan, starting the first of the month.
Vacation time will be accrued monthly and will be subject to change per the Company’s policy updates. 5 days of sick time. Full-time employees will receive 2 floating holidays to use each year. If hired after July 1, employees receive 1 floating holiday to use for that calendar year.
