Job summary

LKQ Corporation in Canada’s Ottawa area is seeking a warehouse associate to receive, store, pick, and ship products. You will operate forklifts or pallet jacks, move items to staging areas, and maintain clean, organized workspaces.

Role requires up to 1 year in a warehouse setting, basic math and good communication. Lifting up to 75 pounds and periodic travel may be required. This is an on-site position with safety-focused procedures.

Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of warehouse experience or similar environment.
• Preferred experience with PIT equipment (forklift, pallet jack, order picker).
• Ability to perform basic math and maintain simple records.

Responsibilities

• Receive and put away inbound product to designated location.
• Pick/pull correct product from the appropriate locations and deliver to staging area or delivery truck.
• Operate manual or powered equipment to move product within the warehouse.
• Sort and place parts on racks, shelves or bins according to locations.
• Maintain orderliness and housekeeping of work areas.
• Follow company policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
