Job summary

UPS in Drummondville, Quebec seeks a part-time Package Handler to load, unload, ship, receive, scan, sort, and stock packages. You may operate heavy equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Starting hourly rate is $18.15/h with progression to $31.31/h during probation and progression, averaging 3–5 hours per day. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs, read and memorize postal codes, and have availability for flexible shifts Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Job Description

This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. The employee may utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks. This position performs other tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment.

Description

• Starting hourly rate: $ 18.15/h
• Maximum rate: $ 31.31/h (probation + 48 month progression)
• Approximately 3-5 hours per day
• Overtime after 5 hours of work.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Ability to read and memorize postal codes
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week

Shift

Must be available Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
