Qualifications

• 1-2 years warehouse experience required.
• Equipment certification may be required, depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting standard facility Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments.
• Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure proper workload distribution.
• Work with inventory department to resolve order problems.
• Interact with the customer to communicate order changes.
• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Skills

Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)

Forklift experience
