A recruitment and staffing agency in Ajax, Ontario is seeking an HR Coordinator to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee management activities. This role offers a pay rate of $22-24 per hour with potential for contract conversion to a permanent position. Availability for weekend shifts is essential.

Randstad is looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Coordinator / On-site Coordinator to join our team in Ajax, Ontario. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about managing different HR aspects in day-to-day operations within a high-volume warehouse or logistics setting. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience supervising temporary associates in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring attendance, compliance, and a positive workplace culture.
This role requires a strong balance of people management, performance coaching, and operational oversight, along with an understanding of HR practices, health and safety standards, and injury reporting.
Schedule: Friday - Monday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $22-24 per hour
Location: Church Street South, Ajax (near Ajax Go station)
3 months of contract position to start with a strong potential of converting into a permanent role.
