A global diamond company in Canada is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Team Lead to oversee daily operations at the Ekati mine site. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of warehouse experience, including 3-5 years in a supervisory role, and a strong passion for operational excellence. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain • Supply Chain & Logistics, the Warehouse and Logistics Team Lead is responsible for daily warehouse & logistics activities, which includes the direction of warehouse & logistics employees to ensure that all job tasks are performed as effectively and efficiently as possible.
The role is well suited for an engaging leader with a proven track record in leading warehousing and logistics operations. The ideal candidate has a passion for operational excellence & continuous improvement in the workplace.
The successful candidate will be working two (2) weeks on two(2) weeks off rotation at the Ekati mine site.
