  • Ability to establish priorities and handle multiple issues.

  • Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking and cohesive team effort
  • Facilitate problem solving and collaboration
  • Intervene when necessary to aid the group in resolving issues
  • Coach and help develop team members
  • Ensuring Health and Safety compliance is maintained at all times, addressing any potential risks immediately
  • Escalate issues which cannot be resolved by the team
  • Other duties as assigned

The experience we need…
  • Minimum 2 years warehouse experience (leading a team of 5 or more individuals)
  • Stand-up / Sit-down counter balance experience and certification. Carton Clamp operation desired.
  • Experience with Reach Truck operation
  • Knowledge of reverse logistics would be an asset
  • Minimum Grade 12 Education
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem solving skills in regards to customer service, including the ability to deal with situations where information is difficult to obtain, complex or ambiguous
  • Ability to establish priorities, work and think independently and in a team-setting, handle multiple ongoing issues and achieve objectives without direct supervision
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
