Qualifications

• Optimize and execute warehouse principles and standard operational processes.
• Manage warehouse operational tasks ensuring high efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct warehouse accounting management timely and accurately.
• Coordinate communication within and outside the warehouse.
• Ensure safety measures and conduct regular checks.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize and execute warehouse principles and standard operational process to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
• Warehouse operational management: High efficiency and accuracy, well ordered to arrange warehouse daily work. Ensure material GR/GI on time and storage bin management. System operation and update on time. Related documents storage in archive and summarization.
• Warehouse accounting management: Timely, completely, accurately operate and maintain SAP data to make sure system qty is consistent with physical product. Meanwhile, Cycle counting results is one of main KPI for warehouse accounting management.
• Warehouse communication and coordination: Responsible for internal and cross functional communication and coordination to make sure personnel, material and accounting accurately and efficiently operation.
• Warehouse Safety and workshop management: Responsible for 6S check, material, warehouse equipment and layout define and manage. Cycle safety check and carry out safety measurements, and well prepared and prevention for fire/theft/explosion.
• Logistic Management: Responsible for internal and external shipment including domestic to 3rd party customers and intercompany business. Continuous improvement for logistic cost reduction.
• Warehouse team management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical, material and SC related.
• At least 5 years’ experience in production management, and more than 3 years’ on-site warehouse workshop management experience.
• Familiar with office & SAP or other ERP software.
• English could be the working language.
• Good ability of communication, coordination ability and execution.
