Position Details
  • Pay: $70,000
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri 6:00 AM – end of shift
Position Purpose

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee our replenishment and allocation functions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and demonstrate a deep understanding of inventory management, supply chain processes, and data analysis.Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily replenishment operations to ensure timely and accurate stock levels.
  • Monitor and manage allocation processes, ensuring optimal distribution of products across various locations.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and improve replenishment accuracy.
  • Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and warehouse teams to streamline inventory flow and improve efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and stock‑outs.
  • Use advanced analytical tools and systems to generate reports, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications

Supervisor experience leading a Full Case selection team.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.

MS Excel analytical skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups.

Preferred qualifications
  • 2 or 4 year degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience supervising multiple employees.
  • Intermediate knowledge of warehouse management systems, email systems, and Microsoft Office (word, Excel, etc.).
  • Certification to operate power material handling equipment (Walkie, Reach, Dock Stocker etc).
  • Ability to perform administrative work including data entry and paperwork processing.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to disperse information to the company and across the warehouse.
  • Ability to analyze data, review the operations information, and make suggested changes to improve operational performances.
  • Ability to learn and use electronic warehouse management software.
