In This Position, You Will Have The Opportunity To
  • Coordinate and supervise a team of two (2) team leaders and approximately twenty-five (25) unionized employees, primarily for receiving, shelving, picking, packing, and shipping tasks.
  • Participate in resolving problems related to warehousing and orders (inventory discrepancies, product relocation, searching for misplaced products, order issues, etc.)
  • Propose innovative improvements by offering advice, support, and training to your team in order to increase operational efficiency and performance and reduce work‑related risks
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company regulations, procedures, and the collective agreement
  • Produce various reports for performance monitoring, evaluation, workplace accident management, labor relations management, and absenteeism management
  • Participate in budget development and monitoring
