Job summary

Canac in Quebec is seeking a warehouse supervisor to lead the recruitment and onboarding of store staff, and to train workers in duties and policies. You will coordinate daily tasks, review performance, and ensure inventory is organized while operating in a fast-paced retail/warehouse setting.

We require strong interpersonal and organizational skills, the ability to work in a team, and reach targets within 40 hours per week; French language is required to support our French-speaking workforce.

Qualifications

• 3 years to less than 5 years of experience.
• No degree, certificate or diploma required.
• Experience in retail or warehouse settings.
• Ability to handle heavy loads (>45 kg).
