Job summary

Farm Boy Inc. is seeking an Order Picker at our Central Operations location in Mississauga. The role involves accurately picking orders with a scanner, maintaining stock integrity, and ensuring products are rotated for freshness.

You will support inventory counts, assist in delivering orders, and uphold Farm Boy's safety standards while working with a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience operating scanners and motorized equipment (ride-on pallet jacks, walkie) is required.
• Ability to work from directives with minimal supervision.
• Good physical fitness and cleanliness standards.
• Flexible with scheduling and availability.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in both official languages is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picks orders using a scanner system.
• Provide training to new employees on the scanning system.
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
• Perform daily inventory counts in the warehouse.
• Assemble orders for delivery with proper documentation.
• Ensure proper product rotation for quality and freshness.
• Maintain receiving equipment and storage areas in a safe, clean state.
• Assist with general housekeeping and safety procedures.
• May perform other related duties as required.
