Job summary

King Living is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Reach Truck Operator in Coquitlam, BC. You will receive and put away inbound freight, operate reach trucks and forklifts, and ensure accuracy of inventory in our warehouse management system while dispatching customer orders with safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, distribution or material‑handling experience.
• Reach-truck operating experience required; narrow-aisle and elevated racking experience preferred.
• Evidence of forklift training; CSA and WorkSafeBC requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, SAP, RF scanners or computerized inventory systems is an asset.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound freight and verify against orders; report shortages or damage promptly.
• Put product away in correct locations; pick, pack, label, palletize and stage orders.
• Record receipts and stock movements in the warehouse system; support cycle counts.
• Safely operate reach trucks, forklifts and pallet jacks; perform pre-use inspections.
• Coordinate dispatch; ensure correct paperwork and escalate delays or damage.
• Maintain clean, hazard-free work areas and follow WorkSafeBC requirements.
