Qualifications

• 3 years of warehouse and distribution operations experience.
• 1 year of experience leading warehouse associates.
• Ability to operate a forklift or obtain certification.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes.
• Comfortable working in a team environment.
• Experience managing in a Union environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee work assignments for service requirements.
• Supervise in a Unionized environment.
• Direct achievement of performance objectives related to safety.
• Monitor workflow and error rates, taking corrective action.
• Ensure safe working environment and follow regulations.
