Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. in Calgary seeks a Facilities Operations professional to plan and organize the operations of the facilities and the included real estate, while promoting service quality to existing clients.

The role involves hiring and overseeing training and supervision of staff, planning the facility's operations budget, and directing administrative services such as maintenance, safety inspections and security. It’s a permanent, full-time position with 30–40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and organize facility operations.
• Experience coordinating administrative services and staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize the operations of the facilities and the included real estate
• Promote sales to existing clients
• Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff
• Plan and manage the facility's operations budget
• Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal
• Resolve product and service related problems
• Organize and maintain inventory
