Compensation: Hourly Rate $20.00‑$22.00 CAD

Job Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Office Coordinator to support our Mississauga, Ontario facility in day‑to‑day operations on a full‑time basis. This onsite role is responsible for daily operational activities such as packing, shipping, receiving, office management, and distribution while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across the organization.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Front office duties include greeting customers, answering phones, assisting the branch manager with back‑end finances, maintaining showroom displays, and inventory logistics.
• Estimated 60% warehouse and 40% back office.
• Help maintain a professional environment in the office.
• Assist with inventory logistics accurately for the Sales Team.
• Build sample orders for the Sales Team as needed.
• Track, examine, and update incoming inventory and shipments as needed.
• Organize and manage inventory, including physical counts weekly.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs.
• Complete local errands such as drop‑offs at the post office or supply runs.
• Abide by all company safety policies.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience working with inventory is a plus.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations is a plus.
• Knowledge of Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) is a plus.
• Knowledge of working in the vape industry and the excise stamp process is a plus.
• High School diploma or GED; college credits a plus.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Team player with exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Availability for on‑site Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM EST.
