Job summary

Metro Supply Chain Group is seeking a Material Handler in Calgary, AB. The role involves handling goods with RF technology, operating material handling equipment, and performing receiving, picking, shipping, and inventory control tasks on a Monday–Friday shift.

The successful candidate will have at least two years in a warehouse, one year operating MHE, and experience with RF-based WMS (Red Prairie is a plus). This position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years warehouse experience with at least one year operating MHE.
• RF-based WMS experience, preferably Red Prairie.

Responsibilities

• The material handler helps meet customer agreements focusing on productivity, accuracy and service level.
• Handling of product for receiving, order picking, shipping and inventory control.
• Use of material handling equipment and RF technology.
• Follow SOPs to ensure quality and consistency.
• Complete RF tasks and scan to reduce manual keying.
• Participate in physical and cycle counts.
• Move empty pallets to pallet holding area.
• Keep warehouse clean, orderly and safe per policies.
• Operate equipment following Health & Safety guidelines.
• Uphold company values and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
