A leading company in the FMCG sector is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee operations in North America. The role involves managing logistics, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing supply chain processes. Background and Purpose of the Role:
The North America Warehouse Manager oversees the day-to-day operations and strategic continuous improvement projects in one or more of the seven Distribution Centers in the US and Canada. They are responsible for managing the 3rd party logistics provider (3PL) relationship, storage & handling of finished goods through the DC network, and the loading of customer orders within budget guidelines. Additionally, the Warehouse Manager will manage On Time Loading, ensure the highest possible Customer Case Fill at optimal costs, and ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards as per Unilever guidelines.

Pay: The salary range for this position is $99,760 to $149,640, based on skills, experience, and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): Eligible for LTI.
