Job description

Are you an experienced warehouse leader with a passion for driving efficiency, process optimisation, and team performance? Our client, a leading player in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring seamless material flow between production and finished goods delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations — from receiving and storage to dispatch of materials, tools, and finished goods.

  • Ensure compliance with ESD protection standards, material traceability, and ISO9001/ISO14001/EHS requirements.

  • Lead warehouse optimisation initiatives, including space planning, inventory flow improvements, and layout redesign.

  • Manage inventory accuracy through ERP/WMS systems via cycle counts, reconciliations, and system audits.

  • Drive digital transformation projects, such as barcode scanning and automation.

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 13–15 warehouse staff (packers, material handlers, forklift drivers).

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support production schedules, improve efficiency, and standardise processes.

  • Foster a culture of safety, 5S discipline, and continuous improvement across the warehouse.

Requirements
  • Minimum 7–8 years of warehouse/logistics experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role within semiconductor or manufacturing environments.

  • Hands‑on experience managing inbound/outbound flows and optimising internal logistics processes.

  • Proven ability to lead root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies and implement preventive actions.

  • Strong understanding of production‑to‑warehouse flow and material movement in a manufacturing set‑up.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
