Our client, a leading player in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring seamless material flow between production and finished goods delivery.
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations — from receiving and storage to dispatch of materials, tools, and finished goods.
Ensure compliance with ESD protection standards, material traceability, and ISO9001/ISO14001/EHS requirements.
Lead warehouse optimisation initiatives, including space planning, inventory flow improvements, and layout redesign.
Manage inventory accuracy through ERP/WMS systems via cycle counts, reconciliations, and system audits.
Drive digital transformation projects, such as barcode scanning and automation.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 13–15 warehouse staff (packers, material handlers, forklift drivers).
Collaborate cross-functionally to support production schedules, improve efficiency, and standardise processes.
Foster a culture of safety, 5S discipline, and continuous improvement across the warehouse.
Minimum 7–8 years of warehouse/logistics experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role within semiconductor or manufacturing environments.
Hands‑on experience managing inbound/outbound flows and optimising internal logistics processes.
Proven ability to lead root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies and implement preventive actions.
Strong understanding of production‑to‑warehouse flow and material movement in a manufacturing set‑up.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
