Job summary

Uline, Edmonton branch, is seeking a Warehouse Management Trainee to learn all aspects of warehouse operations through an 18-month rotation. You will gain hands-on training across inbound, outbound, and supporting teams while developing centralized warehouse management skills under safety-focused practices.

The program emphasizes accuracy, operational excellence, and certifications, with strong growth and earning potential at the core of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Shifts Available

• Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM.
• Sunday - Thursday, 8:30 PM to 5 AM.

Position Responsibilities

• Master all aspects of warehouse operations management through an 18-month rotational program providing on-the-job learning.
• Participate in hands-on training across all warehouse teams including inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Develop Warehouse Management skills to uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety and performance in a high-performing warehouse environment.
