Frontline Systems Inc. in Ontario, Canada is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. This hands-on role covers shipping prep, inventory handling, and basic computer-based documentation in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-focused, reliable, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Previous warehouse experience is an asset, but training is provided. We offer a stable full-time schedule, competitive pay of 45,000–55,000 CAD per year, and benefits including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments.
• Inspect, sort, and organize inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (training available).
• Use hand and power tools for product assembly and modifications.
• Weigh, measure, and label shipments accurately.
• Prepare shipping documentation and update inventory records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with general warehouse and operational tasks as required.
