Ryder System, Inc. in Winnipeg is seeking a Sanitation Worker/Janitor to provide housekeeping for assigned areas. Responsibilities

• Clean restrooms, break room, locker room, and office areas per sanitation schedule.
• Clean exterior areas of the building, including windows, walkways, and trash containers per sanitation schedule.
• Sweep and scrub warehouse floors and office areas per sanitation schedule.
• Wipe down racks, guard rails, and walls in warehouse and office areas per sanitation schedule.
• Additional duties as assigned, overtime as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and tour ready facility.
• Assist Maintenance Techs as required and light maintenance activities such as painting.

Under supervision from a supervisor or manager, Sanitation Worker/ Janitor provides housekeeping to an area or shift of the operation.

Remuneration & Working Hours

• Start Pay: $21.18 + $0.50 Day Shift Differential
• Shift Hours: Day Shift, Wednesday 1:00pm – 7pm, Thursday to Saturday 7am – 7pm
• Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Role
• Location: Winnipeg
• Weekly pay

Essential Functions
