Job summary

Infinity Group Construction is seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Burlington, ON facility. This full-time, on-site role covers shipping, receiving, inventory control, and hands-on fleet management to keep parts, tools, and vehicles aligned with field service needs.

The ideal candidate will hold forklift and reach truck certifications, a G license, and proven warehouse or logistics experience. Strong leadership, organization, and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification required.
• Valid reach truck certification required.
• Valid Ontario G Driver's License with clean record.
• Experience in warehouse management or logistics.
• Fleet management experience is a strong asset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs.
• Clear, professional communication and leadership skills.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada; no sponsorship.
• Clean criminal record required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations.
• Manage inventory levels and cycle counts.
• Operate forklift and reach truck.
• Drive cube trucks and trailers for deliveries.
• Maintain and schedule fleet maintenance.
• Keep accurate inventory and fleet records.
• Ensure health and safety compliance in the warehouse.
• Coordinate with technicians and office staff.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.
