Job summary

A leading electrical distributor in Metro Vancouver is seeking a delivery driver responsible for picking up and delivering various products. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of driving experience, possess a valid G License, and be comfortable lifting up to 50lbs. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Experience driving a Van or a 3 to 5-ton vehicle.
  • Valid G License.
  • Clean driver’s abstract.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Pick-up and deliver various items and products.
  • Load and unload goods from truck.
  • Use maps and other trip planning aids.
  • Perform pre-trip inspection of vehicle.
  • Record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs and any problems.
  • Responsible for carrying out assigned housekeeping tasks.
  • Responsible for carrying out any other duties assigned by management.
