• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Ability to analyse large data sets and present insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyse data from WMS, ERP, and other sources using Excel and SQL.
• Monitor and analyse KPIs such as stock accuracy, order cycle time, daily error rate, and productivity.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly operational reports to management.
