Job summary

Agropur in Canada is seeking a warehouse associate to support production by running dairy case machines and handling shipping/receiving tasks. You will pick, pack, load, and assist production after warehouse training. The role requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs and flexibility across day, afternoon, or graveyard shifts.

Knowledge of cooler/freezer operations is preferred. A Class 1 license is preferred. You will work in a safe, organized facility and communicate stock needs proactively to

Your Role In Achieving Results

• Support production by running dairy case machines and executing shipping and receiving warehouse tasks.
• Picking back orders, packing orders, loading, and eventually supporting production after warehouse familiarization and training.

What We Are Looking For To Deliver These Results

• Availability to work all shifts (day, afternoon, graveyard)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to read, write and do basic math
• Class 1 Preferred
• Knowledge of Cooler/Freezer operations Preferred
• Self-directed & enthusiastic
• Able to communicate stock related needs and concerns effectively and proactively, assist in ordering stock items and maintain inventory control procedures
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and as a team member
• Ability to properly receive and document all incoming goods
• Able to maintain a clean and safe workplace
• Responsible for maintaining forklift, pallet jack and other related warehousing equipment
• Perform any other duties as required under the direction of management and/or Assistant Foreman
• Physically fit with good attendance and safety record
• Ability to read, write and do basic math

Work schedule could be 5 x 8 hour shifts OR 4 x 10 hour shifts per week at our 24/7 facility. You need to be available to work a combination of days, nights, and graveyard shifts and schedules will vary week to week.
