What You’ll Do:

• Process fulfillment orders, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Prepare new stock for put‑away and inventory organization.
• Use warehouse scanners, RF equipment, and mobile technology to track inventory.

Warehouse Operations & Safety

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure proper handling of materials.
• Operate warehouse tools and follow best practices for lifting, carrying, and moving merchandise.
• Work alongside team members and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Communicate clearly and effectively (both written and verbal) to report stock levels, order issues, and process updates.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality to meet operational needs.

• ✅ Ability to perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, percentages)
• ✅ Physically capable of handling warehouse tasks, including:
  • Standing/walking for at least 2 consecutive hours
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and climbing ladders as needed

What Success Looks Like:

Within 3 months, you will:

• Have a strong understanding of warehouse processes & fulfillment operations.
• Accurately pick, pack, and process orders with efficiency.
• Demonstrate consistent reliability and teamwork.

By 6-12 months, you will:

• Become a go‑to team member in warehouse operations.
• Show expertise in handling inventory systems & warehouse technology.
• Have opportunities for growth into lead or supervisor roles.
