Summary:

The warehouse assistant's responsibility is to pull materials for orders, the assemble and pack them for delivery. Maintain and document equipment, supervise incoming and outgoing shipments and update stock records to ensure availability of items.

Job Duties:
  • Load, unload, and identify materials, machinery and tools, and distribute them to the appropriate locations according to warehouse plans and specifications.
  • Perform all work to organizational standards to ensure the warehouse is in an orderly manner.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills. Must speak, read and write English.
  • Highly flexible, with good interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure productivity and efficiency.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and reach for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull at least 50lbs continuously throughout the day.

Requirements:
  • 2 - 3 years' experience required.

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday morning/days availability

Training

On the job training will be provided for the right candidate. All training will be evaluated upon completion.
