Job summary

The Fountain Tire Kelowna Distribution Centre is currently looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for accurate order picking, receiving trailers, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and maintaining inventory knowledge to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or storage compound environment experience is an asset.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Standup and order picker experience an asset.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 80 pounds on a regular basis without assistance.
• Basic computer skills with Windows programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Picking Orders accurately by making sure KPI targets are met.
• Receiving trailers by sorting, stacking, and putting away products to company standards.
• Loading and unloading delivery trucks in a timely manner to meet delivery deadlines and customer commitments.
• Maintaining knowledge of inventory, stock locations, model numbers and handling instructions.
• Assisting in inventory management through documentation processes and inventory counts.
• Work alone and with a team to proactively increase warehouse efficiency.

As a Warehouse associate, each day will bring new opportunities, but you will always be involved in
