  • Shifts: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Job type: Full-time | Permanent
Responsibilities
  • Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, placing orders in the delivery area
  • Completes deliveries by driving trucks to and from vendors
  • Maintains truck or van by completing preventive maintenance requirements
  • Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests
  • Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat, maintaining a clean shipping supply area, and complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • This position includes shipping and receiving duties, completing shipments by processing, loading and delivering orders, and general warehouse duties
Qualifications
  • Experience working in an industrial, customer-focused environment
  • Valid class 5 driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract
  • Able to drive a truck not exceeding 14,000 kg (30,864 lbs)
  • Forklift experience is required
  • Receiving experience, and computer skills will be considered assets
  • Motivated to learn with a positive attitude
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Candidates must be eligible to obtain Government of Canada Security and Controlled Goods Clearances, which are granted exclusively to Permanent Residents or Canadian Citizens
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
