Job summary

RXO, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Mississauga, Canada. You will support shipping and receiving, read and process orders, and ensure a safe, efficient warehouse environment. You will also assist with inventory counts and communication with drivers to ensure on-time deliveries.

Ideal candidates have basic communication and computer skills, warehouse experience, and willingness to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends. Experience with handheld scanners is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Availability to work days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Dock or warehouse experience in transportation.
• Experience loading and unloading trailers.
• Experience using handheld scanners.
• Ability to interpret written/verbal/diagram instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks and distributing orders.
• Read orders and requisitions to determine items to move or ship.
• Maintain a safe, accessible warehouse for staff and customers.
• Assemble products and participate in inventory counts as needed.
• Take check calls from drivers and validate load data for accounting.
