Job summary

Advantage Personnel is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Burlington, ON. The role offers full-time hours with a daytime rate of $21.30/hour and a premium $21.80/hour for afternoons. Shifts run Monday to Friday, with days 7:00am–3:30pm and afternoons 2:30pm–11:00pm.

The position supports a high-volume distribution operation and is ideal for reliable, physically active candidates. Expect opportunities for permanent hire based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or general labour experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment.
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Experience in material handling, warehousing, or production environments is required.
• Basic math and computer skills considered an asset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• CSA-approved safety footwear required.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Successful candidates will be required to complete a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Pick, cut, receive, and organize wire and cable products according to order specifications.
• Process standard, rush, and custom orders accurately and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks to verify order accuracy and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding order status, discrepancies, or operational issues.
• Support daily warehouse operations, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and handling materials.
• Assist with other warehouse duties and tasks as required.
