Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in fulfillment/3PL environment.
• Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs on a continuous basis.
• Authorized to work full time in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
• Follow FIFO inventory practices to ensure accuracy.
• Meet daily pick rate and accuracy targets.
• Verify contents before sealing and labeling packages.
• Unload inbound shipments and verify contents.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and audits.
• Sort outbound shipments by carrier and destination.
• Load packages onto outbound trucks safely.
