Job summary

Wolseley Canada seeks a Warehouse Associate at our Balzac location to receive, store, and ship products with accuracy and efficiency. You will handle loading/unloading, packing, and coordinating with freight providers, while maintaining safety and housekeeping in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, MMHE familiarity, and basic computer skills. Knowledge of plumbing and HVAC products is a plus, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work well in a

• Previous warehouse experience is required.
• Minimum 6 months experience with MMHE (Mobile Material Handling Equipment).
• Knowledge of Plumbing and HVAC products is an asset.
• General basic computer skills including Microsoft Office are required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Must be dependable and reliable and willing to take initiative.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product in a timely manner to meet delivery deadlines and customer commitments.
• Receive incoming shipments and check for accuracy.
• Put away product to correct warehouse areas promptly.
• Pick, pack and ship customer orders, including documentation for shipment.
• Liaise with freight companies and customers to determine shipping priorities.
• Ensure good housekeeping and safety procedures are maintained in the warehouse.
