Victaulic, a global leader in mechanical pipe joining solutions, is hiring a Warehouse Associate for Brampton, ON. The role is full-time and on-site with a shift from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM.

You will pick, pack, and ship orders, manage inventory, handle waybills, and support warehouse operations while upholding safety and service excellence. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 18+ months in warehousing, and certification to operate Counter Balance and Reach trucks.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, load, offload, sort, and manage inventory to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, verify, unpack, and organize incoming materials, maintaining a well-structured warehouse.
• Handle waybills and complete all necessary paperwork for shipments and orders.
• Deliver excellent service to walk-in customers, maintaining a professional and helpful attitude.
• Operate warehouse equipment (Counter Balance & Reach truck) safely and as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using our locator control system.
• Support general warehouse duties and occasionally assist office staff.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and follow all safety procedures.

What You Bring

• Certification in Counter Balance & Reach truck operation required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Physically fit to handle regular lifting and warehouse activity.
• Basic computer skills are a plus.
• Willingness to work occasional extra hours when needed.

Compensation
