Overview

As a Warehouse Associate your primary focus is to stage shipments by processing orders in a timely manner. You are responsible for addressing customers with professionalism and reporting issues to Management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Fundamental Job Responsibilities)
  • Safely operate forklifts with carrying capacities of 8000–10000 lbs.
  • Load and unload materials using a forklift while avoiding damage to products.
  • Accurately pick orders and prepare them for transport; replenish products as needed.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork with precision, including orders and waybills.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Follow top OHS practices, including daily truck inspections and safe driving protocols.
  • Support inventory counts and stock checks.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy.
  • Label and stage newly received products properly.
  • Keep the warehouse clean and uphold general housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

  • Forklift certification is required.
  • Sit-down counterbalance forklift experience is considered an asset.
  • Strong self-motivation and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Dependability and punctuality are essential for success.
Working Conditions

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Regular physical activity is required including walking, standing, sitting, climbing ladders, and the ability to kneel, bend, squat, push, pull and reach above and below the waist.
