Qualifications

  • 1-3 years' experience working in a warehouse environment.
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations to complete assigned tasks.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Wire cutting experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Wrap, tie, and place material on reels.
  • Sort and place materials on racks.
  • Use and adjust machinery to measure lengths of wire.
  • Feed and thread wire and cable through machinery.
  • Complete pre-start safety inspection before using machinery.
  • Record count and length information.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by Operations Manager.

Scope of the position

The Warehouse Associate / Wire Cutter is responsible for cutting, packing, and shipping wire and cable spools promptly while adhering to safety standards. A primary function of this role is to spool and cut wire and cable of various sizes and weights.

Responsibilities
  • Wrap, tie, and place material on reels
  • Sort and place materials on racks
  • Use and adjust machinery to measure lengths of wire to meet customer specifications
  • Feed and thread wire and cable through machinery
  • Complete pre‑start safety inspection before using any machinery or equipment
  • Record count and length information on tags or boxes
  • Responsible for carrying out any other duties assigned by the Operations Manager.

  • 1‑3 years' experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations to complete assigned tasks
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Wire Cutting experience required.
