Job summary

Alliance Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Mississauga to support our growing team in a fast-paced environment. You will receive, unload, verify shipments, and ensure accurate inventory records while preparing orders for shipment.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of warehouse experience, forklift and reach truck proficiency, and strong attention to detail. This full-time role offers stable hours and opportunities to contribute to our logistics operations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience.
• 2–4 years of Forklift and reach truck experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Basic math, writing, computer, and Microsoft Office skills, to include email and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately handle products and inventory.
• Perform daily cycle counts and participate in annual inventory count.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to follow established safety procedures and safe lifting practices.
• Full-time availability with occasional overtime work based on operational needs.
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.

Responsibilities

• Store and organize products using RF scanners and first in first out procedures.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load and unload products safely and accurately.
• Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies to immediate supervisor.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Inspect product to ensure saleable condition with acceptable code dating.
• Perform cycle counts, stock rotation, and restocking as needed.
• Keep warehouse and storage areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company safety procedures and applicable GMP requirements.
• Work with warehouse team members to support daily operations.
• Manage inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Perform other warehouse duties and cross-train as needed.
