Stellar Industrial, part of Hercules Group of Companies, is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate in Dartmouth, NS. You will coordinate shipping activities, prepare customer orders, support inventory accuracy, and help keep the warehouse running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize daily shipping activities based on customer order requirements and delivery dates.
• Prepare, package, and coordinate outgoing shipments with transportation companies.
• Ensure customer orders and branch transfers are accurate, securely packaged, and ready for shipment.
• Complete and verify required shipping documentation.
• Perform Quality Assurance (QA) checks on outgoing orders.
• Track shipments and transfers and follow up when required.
• Help maintain an organized shipping area, inventory, and equipment.
• Support Front Counter Retail Sales and assist walk-in customers when needed.
• Provide support to the Production Team as required.
• Communicate supply, equipment, maintenance, and training needs to the Warehouse Manager.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and safety-focused work environment.
