Overview

The Warehouse II Associate is responsible for picking, packing, put away, and inventory accountability with minimal to no supervision required, and can perform day-to-day functions with no direction.

Responsibilities
  • Ensures timely and accurate processing of order fulfillment - direct to consumer, wholesale distributors, and stock transfers.
  • Follows and adheres to order fulfillment and scanning guidelines, maintaining focus and accountability on movement of inventory through handheld scanner.
  • Shipment preparation - palletize, wrap, and band shipments as directed.
  • Operate stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklift, order selectors, and pallet jack.
  • Proactively communicate all issues related to products and orders to Distribution Center (DC) leadership.
  • Assist in meeting established KPI metrics as they apply to order fulfillment.
  • Assist in training of new associates and lead assigned projects.
  • Works as go-to or back-up to other work or job functions within DC as needed.
  • Ensures all organization safety rules and guidelines are followed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe working environment for all warehouse associates by practicing CAYGO (Clean As You Go).
  • Performs other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Mid-level knowledge of Microsoft Office and other job-related applications.
  • Previous ERP experience; PRO a plus.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently is required; bilingual (French) preferred.
  • Prior warehouse experience required.
  • HS/GED or 4+ years of warehouse experience required.
  • Ability to stoop, bend, and lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment and effectively communicate with team members.
  • Must be able to work independently and understand RC analysis for problem solving.
  • Working conditions are that of a standard distribution center; employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, outside weather conditions, and high noise levels.
