LaserAway, the nation’s leader in aesthetic dermatology with over 19 years of experience and more than 10 million treatments performed, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our Operations HQ warehouse. This role is critical to ensuring our clinics receive the supplies and equipment they need to deliver exceptional patient care.

About the Role: Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a hands‑on role in maintaining accurate inventory, preparing daily materials for clinic operations, and supporting shipping and receiving functions. You’ll help keep our warehouse clean, organized, and efficient while working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment and operational success.

Compensation & Schedule

Hourly Rate: $25–$27 per hour DOE

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Availability: Occasional weekends when operational needs require

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management

Organize and maintain warehouse inventory so all materials are accessible, identifiable, and countable

Pull materials, restock supplies, and coordinate returns of defective products with suppliers

Maintain accurate, auditable records including packing slips, pick lists, and job close‑out paperwork

Shipping & Receiving

Pack, prepare, and ship fulfillment orders with accuracy and attention to detail

Assist with loading and unloading packages alongside shipping teams

Review and document invoices to ensure fulfillment orders are accurate

Systems & Documentation

Use warehouse computer systems to issue, receive, and track materials

Ensure inventory records remain accurate and up to date

Safety, Cleanliness & Team Support

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

Pre‑assemble mechanical parts as needed to support operations

Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall warehouse efficiency

What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills

Mechanical aptitude with the ability to pre‑assemble parts

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Computer proficiency required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs

Comfortable performing repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Professional Attributes

Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment

Excellent attendance and reliability are essential for team success
