Job summary

Rexel Canada in Calgary Foothills is seeking a Warehouse Associate to load and unload shipments, prepare skids, and sort freight under the Branch Manager's supervision.

You will verify goods received, enter inventory into the AS400 system, and maintain a clean, organized work area while upholding Rexel's brand and standards.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education (or equivalent) is required.
• Minimum of one year of related experience is expected.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required.
• Forklift experience or certificate would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments and assist with handling freight.
• Verify goods received and correctly enter inventory in the AS400 system.
• Prepare and stack skids and sort freight.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment and uphold Rexel brand standards.

Job Description

As the Warehouse Associate based in Calgary Foothills, AB, you will load and unload shipments. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will prepare and stack skids, sort freight and verify goods received along with other duties as assigned.

• You will make a personal impact, you process and prepare paperwork for shipping including bills of lading, shipping invoices and freight costs
• You will receive and verify accuracy of incoming shipments; correctly enter incoming inventory into the AS400 computer system

Qualifications

• You have Grade 12 education (or equivalent)
• You have a minimum of one (1) year of related experience
• You have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• You have Forklift experience or certificate would be an asset
