Adecco is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate for our client located in Burlington, ON. This Temporary position offers a dynamic opportunity to support daily warehouse operations, including order assembly, shipping coordination, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to contribute to a safe, efficient, and team-focused work environment.

Pay rate: $20 / hour.

Location: Burlington, ON

Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities
  • Assemble customer orders for delivery.
  • Determine the method and arrangement of shipping.
  • Prepare bills of lading through SAP and Federal Express PowerShip.
  • Complete customs paperwork using the Electronic B13 Program.
  • Receive incoming shipments and trace customer packages as required.
  • Assist with customer returns and the assembly of supplies for courses, tradeshows, and conventions.
  • Liaise with shipping companies and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Place product orders and process daily and monthly customer statements using mailing equipment.
  • Track and input purchase orders.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Logistics Supervisor.
Requirements
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 to 4 years of related clerical or warehouse experience
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
