Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a security-minded infrastructure engineer to architect and deploy a vulnerability management program within a Linux engineering team. This hands-on role designs scan architecture, agents, and remediation workflows across a large enterprise.

You will communicate risk to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, work in hybrid cloud environments, and help shape the organization's security posture end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in security engineering or infrastructure security roles.
• Hands-on experience architecting and deploying a vulnerability management platform (e.g., Tanium, Qualys VMDR, Tenable.io/Nessus, Rapid7 InsightVM).
• Strong Linux engineering background (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu).
• Design VM programs end-to-end: scan architecture, agent deployment, remediation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and deploy a vulnerability management program from the ground up.
• Support Linux engineering team and large-scale remediation initiatives.
• Communicate risk findings and remediation priorities to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
