Job summary
A leading global technology company in Halifax is seeking a Vulnerability & Customer Experience Manager to lead their vulnerability management efforts. This role combines hands-on security expertise with client engagement to ensure exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in vulnerability management or cybersecurity, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Power BI. This position is full-time and located on-site in Halifax.
Qualifications
- Experience in vulnerability management, cybersecurity, or SOC operations.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with security frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Operate and manage scanning tools.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track vulnerabilities.
- Act as the primary technical contact for clients.
