Job summary

Crossing Hurdles in Canada is seeking an experienced penetration tester to conduct comprehensive security testing of networks, applications, and systems. You will assess vulnerabilities, prioritize risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with business objectives.

You will document findings and communicate clear, actionable reports to both technical and non-technical audiences, while guiding remediation efforts and staying current with evolving threats and best practices.

Qualifications

• Have demonstrated expertise in ethical hacking, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessment methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, protocols, and industry-standard tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, and Nmap.
• Clear, concise, and actionable written and verbal communication.
• Solid understanding of network, application, and cloud security concepts.
• Candidates with experience conducting social engineering and physical security assessments will be preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, CEH, or GPEN are highly desirable.
